  27. That should be 12/15, not 12/16.  But if you do this 4-bit to 8-bit
  28. conversion enough times, you'll discover that you can multiply by 17
  29. (not 16!) to go from 16 to 256 colors (and divide by 17 to go the
  30. other way), because 255/15 = 17.
